Show Events in Blog Loop checked…. but no events show in main Blog?

So, this option doesn’t appear to be working.
I’ve also tried creating the same category and slug in the Event Category section, and made sure that was selected when creating an event, and still nothing.

Also, when using the “page” theme for the main events page/calendar, the title of the page instead of “Events” like it should be shows the last event name as the page title.
I would use the default option, but it goes full width (cause I need to use skelton) doesn’t look good at all. Plus, I would rather have the calendar in a proper looking page. Thats also another thing, because you guys create this “imaginary” page for events, one can’t “format” the page itself. Yes, I know you can add stuff above and below, but one can’t change sidebars, etc., like if one would just want one sidebar for that page, so the calendar is a little bigger, but not taking up the entire page.
