This is an error in Better Recent Comments that comes up when you search a multi-word phrase and have highlighting enabled. That creates an additional % sign in the URL, which the BRC plugin doesn’t expect, and that causes the error.

The fix is simple, but needs to happen in BRC. I’ve posted on the Better Recent Comments support forum, and that post includes the fix – it’s a simple one-line change, so you can add it to your own site already if you want to.

Good! Why you don’t make new plugin Better Recent Comments release?

Because it is not my plugin, and I can’t release new versions of it.
