 * Thanks for the information. The warning is not being suppressed in the function
   call. Are you installing version 1.11? Were you able to successfully install 
   despite the notice?

 * The plugin will no longer throw a notice in this case from version 1.11 and higher.

 * Actually, someone else was having this error as well. Turned out to be short 
   php tags in the menu templates. Installing the latest version 1.32 will fix this.
