Hello and thanks!
There is a simple way to implement this. Sticky List adds two capabilities that can be used to allow users to edit and delete entries in the list. These are:
stickylist_edit_entries
and stickylist_delete_entries
Users/roles with these capabilities will be able to edit/delete entries in the list.
All you need to do is add those capabilities to the user role that you want to be able to edit/delete entries.
But I have different user roles who can edit only specific forms, like
Userrole A can edit forms for Customer A
Userrole B can edit forms for Customer B
Userrole C can edit forms for Customer C
…
Userrole A must not edit forms for Customer C, …
Ok, I understand. I’ll take a look at implementing this. However, as I try to keep the code light I’m not 100% convinced that this wouldn’t add some overhead.
Ill post back here when I have investigated.
Wooohooo! That would be awesome. Thanks!
Hello again. This was actually a pretty good suggestion. I have implemented the feature to select a specific role in the “Show entries in list to” dropdown.
I have released a new version (1.2.8). Get the latest version and try it out. Post back here if you still have issues.
Have you had time to check this? I would like to mark this topic as resolved.
Awesome. Thank you so much! That helps us a lot!!!
No problem. If you like the plugin, please consider writing a short review after having used it for some time.
