I have a rule which should discount the product by £20 if the total price exceeds £160, but it doesn’t work at all. In fact, whichever way I test this plugin, it makes no difference to any pricing. What I want is to have the main price on the product page visually change and discount itself depending on the total value of the options selected. Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi
    Thanks for reaching out.

Just to confirm, have you set the rule like this : https://nimb.ws/Egr9KN.

Also, it is possible to display subtotal based promotional message.
You need to enable the subtotal based promotional message option in discount rule settings.

Here is a guide detailing the same :

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for replying. I tried setting it up just as per your example, but it didn’t work. I do need the discount to be applied to the displayed price on the product page, not just in the cart. Can this be done?

    Thanks

    Hi
    Thanks for the reply.

If you have enabled the subtotal based promotion message then it will be displayed in product pages.

Is it possible to open a support ticket with screenshots of rule setup so that one of our support engineers will help you to resolve the issue.

    Really appreciate it.

    Thanks
