Show Different Page to Repeat Visitor?

Let’s say user visits our site and sees something. We now want to “hide” the content/page from that user after they come back next time and show them something else (or redirect to a different page).

Is there a plugin that we could use? We do not want to register people, but rather rely on cookies or ip address.
