Hello,I know there isn’t much support for free users, but I hope I’d get a solution to this short problem I have. Buying the plugin after we update to Gutenberg is something we consider, but we don’t know if in the Pro license this issue is fixed or not.
We are using your plugin on our site with the Avada theme. It is working well since implemented, the only downside being that when someone searches for a tag combined with a category that returns no results, nothing gets displayed. Example, if the user searches for “Van” category and the “BMW” tag, he gets a page with no results, which is normal. But is it possible to display a custom text or redirect to a custom page if no article gets returned in such cases?
Any help is much appreciated, thanks a lot in advance.

Problem solved with sort of an workaround.

For those interested, the search shortcode searched and filtered posts generating a clean page. Instead, I added to the Search shortcode the add_search_param=”1″, that way it used Avada’s search page template for displaying results. When no result showed up, I could edit Avada’s search.php template to show whatever I needed.

Was so simple yet it took me so much to figure it out 🙂
Thank you for this useful plugin! Hope it’ll be compatible with Gutenberg too.
