show categories as a menu on a blog page only (theme wootique)

    how to show categories of post as a menu in a blog page only not other page like (shop, myaccount, home), it should be show only on blog(main post) page
    i am using wootique theme , but categories are not showing as menu on blog page
    i know for do this i have to implement “template-blog.php” file
    but i dont know how to do this
    if anybody can help me for this, then please help me
