The easiest thing to do is to actually create a WordPress menu (in header.php). You can find more on navigation menus in the Codex: http://codex.wordpress.org/Navigation_Menus
Of course, you don’t have to replace the HTML menu you currently have, you could just add the menu solely for the menu cart.

If you don’t want to create a menu, you can use a shortcode. This is a feature of the pro version of the plugin, which you can purchase from http://www.wpovernight.com. (plus you get all the other pro features of course).

I like shortcodes, but this feature wasn’t listed on the page depicting the pro version of the plugin.

Shortcodes is a feature that we added in the last release, we just didn’t add it to the description page yet. If you decide to purchase the pro version and it doesn’t work out for you, you’ll get a refund.
