Show calculated tax in checkout

    Is there a way to not show tax as $0 in the cart and checkout prior to the zipcode being entered?

    Hi there!

    Head over to WooCommerce> settings> General, and make sure the default customer location is set to No location by default. This should not show a tax rate until the customer enters an address.
