 * Great plugin but I too need to auto-show the box immediately without scrolling?
 * Please let us know when this is available.

 * There is currently some issue with this that as reported by some other users 
   as well. My colleague the developer is on vacation so as soon as time allows 
   we would look into this and update you.

 * We just released version 2.1.1 of the plugin which includes an option to immediately
   show the box after loading the page.
