Show Archive Month in WP Nav Menu?

    Hi

    Im creating a custom theme, and when I go to Appearance > Menus and edit a menu, on the left I can see options to add Pages, Links, Categories to the menu structure, however, I would like to have an option to add post archives months as well. Is this possible ?

    So my menu would be something like:

    Home | Contact | News
    August 2013
    September 2013
    etc

    and clicking on the month will simply show the archives page for that month/year.

    Any info much appreciated
