Is there any option, plugin or CSS code for wordpress, with whom I can make all submenu levels appear at once when hovering just the main menu item? and not going deeper into the menu to see the lower levels of the multilevel menu

Yes – it’s called CSS and it’s specific to each individual theme. See the Twenty Eleven theme for an example.

Thank you for the response 🙂 however, I’m not very familliar with CSS. Is there any specific CSS tag that’s used to automatically show all sublevels of the menu? Or it’s not that simple?

It’s nowhere near that simple, I’m afraid.
