Show all sub-dir in drop-down & other questions

    I have about twelve categories for users to upload to. I’d like fileup to display all relevant folders in the drop-down. They’re all sub-categories of base, which they can’t upload to. How do I

    1) list all sub-directories in the fileup drop-down
    2) make sure they upload to one of these sub-dirs and not the base
    3) force them to add a description to the file when they upload it

    Sorry if these are obvious but I can’t find the answers in the help files.
