    Hello!

When I access a certain page that matches a specific filter, that filter disappears as an option. Example:

I have 2 filters: “Categories” and “Scales”.

When I access the url that contains the scale https://XXXXXXXXXX.com.br/scale/143/

the “Scales” filter is not displayed as an option, only “Categories”.

When I access the url that contains the category https://XXXXXXXXXX.com.br/product-category/classic

the “Categories” filter is not displayed as an option, only “Scales”.

I would like all filters to be displayed at all times. It’s possible?

    Hello

On the category(taxonomy) page, the filter shows only child categories(taxonomies)

This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )

So, I don’t know if I managed to make myself understood…

For example, in the image below I chose “Scales, 1:18” through the horizontal menu and notice that there are 2 other options available “1:24 and 1:43”. However, in the left side filter these other options are not being shown:

On the other hand, also according to the image below, when I choose the “Brands” menu, the “Scales” filter on the left side appears as an option (they are there below the print), but the “Brands” filter does not. And there are several “Brands” for the user to choose from. Note that the “Brands” filter will appear in the previous image (down there too, but it appears):

    Hello

Yes, because there is a huge difference between a menu and a filter.

Menu – redirects to other pages

Filter – makes search requests to the database

How many audi branded products are on the apple page – Zero! so any search for a brand on this page will return zero products
