    Hi everyone.
I have some problems with showing events. When I log in as admin and create event, I can see it on the main page. When I log off, there is a warn message, that i must be logged on to see event list. BUT, when i log in as other member (not admin) a can´t see this event! So my question is: how to set it public, that everyone, who logs in can see it ?

Thank you so much for every help.

can you check user capabilities under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities ?

Everything is ticked for administrator and also for organisator. But admin can´t see the organisator´s events, and organisator can´t the admin´s events…

It could be you have have the wrong page set under Events > Settings > Pages.

Under Event List/Archive, the Events page should be set to your event list page. Under the Other Pages tab, make sure that page is *not* selected for any of the page options.

Thanks @caimin_nwl, you helped me out. 🙂 Events are listed now for everyone. Is it possible to make the events visible only for logged members?

Only way I found to do that is to set your events to private and use “user role editor” plugin (or other) to allow subscriber/contributor/author to see private posts/events (without this, only admin/editor can see private content).

    steven967,

try to use conditional placeholder such as {logged_in}content{/logged_in} – http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/conditional-placeholders/ in your events > settings > formatting > events > events list format
