Show “Add to cart” And Affiliate links buttons

I understand that you want to show multiple buttons on the single product page of your external/affiliate products containing multiple links on where to buy the product, correct?

By default, there will only be one External URL for each External/Affiliate Product in WooCommerce as seen below. Hence, the option would be to create three (3) External/Affiliate Products for each external URLs

I understand your concern about utilizing a plugin that is no longer being maintained and/or supported.

This being said, after doing some research, I am unable to find anything that can help you achieve this. Although, I see there is already a feature request submitted for this if you would like to add a vote to it. Feel free to do that here.
