Show a message only to super admin in user profile

    I am creating wp sites through some third party software, which allows the use of changing the super admin password, but it does not receive a password change if made in WordPress itself.

    Is there a way to remove the ‘change password’ section and place a message with a link in its place, but only for the super admin, so all other users will be able to change their passwords within WP as usual?
