Show a discrete link to the login form

Looking to set up a restricted access page to only people with a password we provide. In the settings it says to enable Login Button, which I have done, but when I go to the page the Under Construction page is displaying, there is no login link or fields.

Simply put, looking for a password gateway to allow selected users.

The pro plugin is installed, the password is set, and the button to activate Password Form Button

Please assist.
