First of all thanks for the plugin, it’s a great idea.
Now, I understand the convenience of having the plugin, as soon as you activate it, doing it’s thing then deactivating itself.
However I think to make it a little more flexible, a page needs to be shown first so that users can choose what they want (and don’t want) done, like this:
Everything is ticked initially and settings have recommended defaults, maybe if other more controversial tasks are added they could require being manually ticked.
