How to choose just 1 category to display, multiple times, on single page site

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if someone could recommend a plugin for me?

I feel like it’s relatively simple, yet can’t seem to find it..
My site is http://blogs.ewb.ca/annualreport/ (in the middle of working on it.. excuse it’s ugliness!).

Basically, the site is a single-page site theme, where each of the sections are different pages that I’ve created and then I opt in to them showing up in the main single-page homepage.
I want to use the blog section of the site multiple times over the homepage, and want them to display different categories of blog posts.

For example, I want to show two blogs from category “A” under “SGB TITLE”, and then two of the most recent posts under category “B” under “PI Title”.

Any ideas? I’ve looked for and tried a bunch of plugins, but they don’t seem to work with this theme. I’ve done it on other sites before though..
So far I’ve tried Ultimate Category excluder, but I want Page A to show category A, Page B to show category B only, etc and that one you can only choose to exclude/show categories on the home page (which in my case is the whole site). I’ve also tried using List Category Posts, but it doesn’t do anything on the site.
I imagined it would be a simple plugin that would let me edit Page A and then select which category I want it to show, but apparently not.
