Should there be a theme already installed when initially installing wordpress

    I have just installed wordpress via 123.reg, to them go to my site which looks like this http://www.ldesigntest.co.uk/. Is there supposed to be a theme that is already installed?

    If not what do I have to do to get a theme working?

    Also when i go to the ‘log in’ part i just takes me straight back to the same page again…

    Any help and guidance appreciated 🙂
