Should the text in the NAME field have “” in them

    In most email addresses the format is “Firstname Lastname” <email@domain.com>

    In the user’s NAME field, should the name there have quotes before and after so

    “John Smith”

    or should it be

    John Smith

    this is something where there are no real standards and expectations/implementations may vary.
