Should tell that this plugin needs "ShowID for Post/Page/Category/Tag/Comment"

Hi,
The use with a selection of category needs to know the ids number of categories.
This needs either to use phpmyadmin on the mysql database or more simple install the plugin :
“ShowID for Post/Page/Category/Tag/Comment”
