Should Svea Checkout automatically hide the WooCommerce billing form?

    Hi,

    I’m currently using the Svea Checkout for WooCommerce plugin, and I’ve noticed that when customers select Svea as their payment method, the standard WooCommerce billing form remains visible on the checkout page — even though Svea loads its own iframe with billing and shipping inputs.

    I’m wondering shouldn’t the Svea Checkout plugin automatically hide the default WooCommerce billing form?

    With other payment options I use, the Woo form is hidden when their iframe loads, to avoid duplicated or confusing input fields. However, with Svea, the Woo billing section still shows (and remains even after disabling Direct Bank Transfer), which might confuse customers.

    Can you clarify whether this is the expected behavior for the Svea plugin? If not, is there a workaround or known compatibility issue?

    Hi Daiva,

    The billing form should not be visible. Could you send me your current version of Svea Checkout as well as the version of WooCommerce you are using?

    We’ll look into this from our end as there’s probably a WooCommerce update causing this.

    Hi Martin,

    Current SVEA Version 3.3.1 (I updated yesterday) but this issue was noticed before update.
    WooCommerce Version 9.9.5

    Hi again,

    We managed to reproduce this with some WooCommerce settings and have released an update (3.3.2). Could you please update to this version (3.3.2) and see if it helps?

    Thank you, after update it seems to work as it should. The billing form is not loaded in SVEA.
