• Since the support from premium customers has been close to non-existent for the past 3 month (I have opened several tickets since October which you have never responded to) I wonder whether it is better instead premium customers like me raise support questions here?

    Benefit would then also be that your responses could benefit other users, so you don’t get the same questions again and again?

    UPDATE 2021-01-11: In all fairness since I wrote my review the response success rate from WCFM seems to have improved, so I changing my review to 4 start in the hope that situation is getting better.
