Support » Plugin: Autoptimize » Should I use Autoptimize if I already have LSCache enabled?

My WordPress/Woocommerce is on Litespeed server with LSCache enabled.
Will there be any performance improvement if I use Autoptimize as well? Any possible conflicts?
As far as I understand LSCache and Autoptimize are a bit different things. LSCache is just a caching plugin, while Autoptimize is caching plus many more features. Is that correct?

Can’t speak for LScache, but regarding AO:

    1. it does not do page caching, so you’d need a page caching plugin
    2. it does CSS/ JS optimization (minifying, optionally aggregating, deferring, critical CSS, …)
    3. it does Image Optimization (including lazyload & webp)
    4. and some others; Google Font optimization, asyncing, preconnecting, removing emoji CSS/ JS, HTML optimization

    hope this clarifies,

    Thanks, Frank!

Ok then, will definitely use Autoptimize.

I’m also using ShortPixel for image optimisation (since you mentioned it), webp etc. Any potential conflicts with ShortPixel?

just leave image optimization in AO off and you’ll be good (it would even work with both active, but that would be useless and you would end up paying Shortpixel -which AO integrates with- twice to have the images optimized twice).

Thank you for your great advice!
