Should I select only the last child product category?

    When I select product category, I am not sure if I should check parent categories checkboxes too, or only the final category, like here:

    If I select parent categories too, then on category page under each product the displayed category is the top-parent instead of bottom-child category.

    Hi @pk0312,

    This is up to you. Product breadcrumbs on the top of the page should always show the full path to the last child category. The product will also show on the parent category page, no matter if it’s added there directly or not.

    The main difference is in the Categories: list on the product page, this will list only the categories that were directly selected:
