Some time ago my subscriber list passed 1000 and I upgraded to the premium version. But as inactive subscribers have dropped off my list I went below 1000. Then I went back to the free version of the plugin.

But I never deactivated the MP Premium plugin that accompanies the MP plugin for free users. Should I do that? If I’m on the free version but still have the premium plugin activated could this cause a conflict when the plugin updates? I doubt it. But I did have some sort of updating issue with the auto updater and wonder if that could have had anything to do with it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @richards1052,

If you’re using a key from the free sending plan up to 1,000 subscribers, the Premium version of the plugin is available (for free!), so there’s no need to remove it.

    Thank you!
