Should I be using WordPress or WordPress MU?

    Right now I’m using wordpress for one blog on one website. I’ve been reading a bit about wordpress mu, but I’m not entirely sure what it is to be used for. I keep reading that it is used for 10,000+ blogs, but is it practical for just a handful of blogs? Basically, I want to have about 5 different websites at 5 different domains, with one wordpress installation to cut down on maintenance (upgrading, etc.). Should I be using wordpress or wordpress mu?

    Is there some way I could then link them, so I don’t have to upgrade 5 different websites every time a plugin or wordpress update comes out? Might not be too big of a hassle with 5 websites, but I might want more in the future.
