• The Z-Index doesn’t work, nav bars and footers overlap the widget itself but there’s no way to adjust the Z-index in BetterDocs. When you reach out to support they just tell you that “everything looks good on the test site” and aren’t actually any help, even though the issue has been reported across many users. When they do help they take forever to respond and are slow to update. Messages sent through BetterDocs are never even delivered to the email address provided in the settings.

    Possibly the worst plugin I have ever used and the developers don’t seem to give a single f@#k about their product or customer.

    Avoid BetterDocs at all costs.
