# Shotcode not Working in Widget

 * I am using contact form 7 plugin to build contact form.
    I use there Shorcode
   in a widget and also put this code in functions.php <?php add_filter(‘widget_text’,‘
   do_shortcode’); ?> to enable the shortcode work in widget but still i am getting
   the error “[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]”
 * I don’t no what was the reason.
 * I have also check the shortcode in a page and it works fine but in widget it 
   gives me error.

    Try copy pasting code in text view, instead of visual view on your contact
   form page.
