Shortcodes within shortcodes?

Hi Jason–I’ve installed your plugin and like its ease and simplicity. Thanks! What I’m looking to do with many of my footnotes, however, is to include bibliographic references, and I use Zotpress (a plugin which integrates with Zotero, a open-source bibliographic reference tool) to do this on my site. The problem with using Zotpress with your plugin is that Zotpress also creates a shortcode, and when I put one of those shortcodes inside your [note] shortcode, the two plugins don’t know what to do with each other. It looks like there is a defined method for calling shortcodes within shortcodes: https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API#Nested_Shortcodes, but it doesn’t appear to be working here, perhaps because your plugin and Zotpress’ plugin aren’t integrated. Would you be willing to consider adding support for this to your plugin?
