Shortcodes removing paragraphs/line breaks

Hi, we love your plugin and it works well for us. The one issue we have run into is when we use the shortcodes to add a full post translation. When we do this, Transposh seems to be removing the paragraphs and line breaks from our translation. Even when we manually add the line breaks or paragraph formatting back to the translation using the WordPress visual editor, they appear in the editor but are still removed when we view or preview the post. (Screenshot: http://www.pixelsandmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/screenshot.jpg ) The only way we’ve found to correct this is by manually writing the code for paragraphs and breaks — but not all of our contributors know how to write code. We are thinking there must be another work around for this. Any ideas?
