Shortcodes not working for me

    Hello,

    My support question is for this url: http://gsmplus.primemedia.nl/

    On the homepage i want to show the last 3 recent products and the last 3 sales products.

    I used these shortcodes:
    [recent_products per_page=”3″ columns=”3″]
    [sale_products per_page=”12″ column=”3″]

    Somehow i dont get them to work. In both cases it just shows only one product and it takes the space of a “4 column” row.

    I tried change the date of a product to see if the issue is cause they were published short after each other, and it didn’t work. I am not using a cache plugin.

    Can someone please help me out?

    Please consider below things.

    – Products are published (not draft)
    – Deactivate other plugins and try.

    Hi Chetan,
    Thanks for the reply.

    All products are published. See homepage, where you see the 3 products in a row. I used this shortcode for that: [product_category category=”sales” per_page=”3″ columns=”3″ order=”desc”]

    But i want the code to generate automaticly new products or new sales, thats why i want the shortcodes in my first message to be working.

    I also deactivated all plugins, but didn’s change anything

    I tried same shortcode on one of my site. It looks like issue with your shortcode’s quote.

    Please try below shortcode.

    [recent_products per_page="3" columns="3"]

    [sale_products per_page="3" columns="3"]
