Shortcodes Not Working

Hi All,

I’m trying to add a shortcode to my site using YOP Poll plugin. I contacted Divi since I use their theme and builder but everything looked okay on their end. They instructed me to deactivate all other plugins to see if it’d show up. When I tried that, it didn’t work – the shortcode isn’t showing up. The person from Divi asked me for the shortcode which she tested on her site and it worked for her. So I do know that it’s not the shortcode.

I did try to use WP widgets like html and text but nothing works. I’m still fairly new to WordPress and blogging. I’m not sure why it isn’t working.
