# Shortcodes not being processed

 * Using twenty fourteen theme and trying to use any shortcodes results in the shortcode
   just being seen as a text link.
 * I’ve used the text editor to enther the code, not the visual editor.

 * It’s more the shortcodes from plugins like tablepress, twitch embed and also 
   some others that I can’t recall just right now.

   Twenty Fourteen?

 * Ok, make sure that TablePress is up to date (the current version is 1.7). If 
   it is, I recommend asking at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/tablepress#postform](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/tablepress#postform)
   so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
