# Shortcodes Modal Window Does Not Close

 * When editing a post and I try to add a shortcode from the modal window. The modal
   does not close after insertion or when clicking the “X” button on the top right
   corner.

 * Hi,
    Thanks for reporting this. Can you try deactivating all other plugins on
   your site and confirming whether this problem persists? If it does, can you try
   setting your theme to “Twenty Fourteen” or “Twenty Fifteen” and confirming?
 * If either action resolves the issue, then re-activate your plugins or theme one
   by one and see when this plugin breaks. If you can report back when it breaks,
   I might be able to resolve whatever plugin or theme is conflicting with this 
   one.

   Mega Main Menu”.

 * My turn to apologize for a delayed response. “Mega Main Menu” appears to be a
   premium plugin, which makes it difficult to resolve conflicts.
 * Is there any chance you could grant me access to a site using that plugin so 
   I can see what’s happening?
