Shortcodes missing off NEXTGEN website and Add to post not working

    Firstly the NEXTGEN webpage to list all of the new shortcodes has all of the codes missing? (have tried on 2 different PC’s in three browsers)

    Secondly the Add to post button opens a white frame with nothing in it. Again I ve tried on 2 PC’s with 3 different browsers. I have deactivated all plugins (bar NEXTGEN gallery) I have tried with theme twenty twelve and still have the same issue :

    WordPress up to date? Yes on 3.8/1
    – NextGEN up to date? Yes on 2.0.40
    – What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from? (i.e. I had 1.9.8, then upgraded to 1.9.12) I didnt have just used 2.0.40

    (please confirm the following, with your server host tech) :
    – MySQL up to date (at least 5.2.4)? 5.5.35-cll
    – PHP up to date (at least 5.0)? 5.3.27
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated? Correct
    – PHP Safe Mode OFF? Cottect

    Additional information that will help us find a solution:
    – Who are you hosted with? Host Papa
    – What theme are you running? Vantage Premium but have tried twenty twelve
    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated? Have disabled all and still does not work but this is my list of plugins :

    – Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to the WP default, and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery? (*be sure to clear your browser cache and reload your site after deactivating) Yes issue persists

    Look forward to solving this issue! And please update your site so I can see all of the new Shortcodes that are available as I can only use the old ones currently.

    @chall90909 – Thanks for pointing out the issue with the documentation page, the additional example shortcode structures at the bottom of the page are indeed not showing.

    This is most likely due to a recent server move for the NextGEN Gallery website and some of the content got a bit messed up along the way. We are sorting out these issues but also please note the information that is currently showing on the page is still valid and correct.

    As to your issue with the ATP not working, you may see some benefits from updating to our latest beta version as I suspect there could be a few different plugins from your list that may have conflicts with version 2.0.40 (the current stable version).
