# Shortcodes issues

 * Hello,
    For some reason when I integrate my shortcode in my site’s sidebar, it
   appears correctly, but when i integerate it into the body of my post, it defaults
   to another form I created using Mailchimp for WP.
 * If i don’t rely on the shortcode and just paste the html I used in the Mailchimp
   for WP form, it works fine.
 * There is something happening with the shortcode. If you provide an email address
   I can provide you with more specific details.

 * Hi Matt,
 * Just passing the generated HTML in a post might display the form but it should
   NOT work (you wouldn’t be able to submit the form).
 * Did you generate your form’s HTML via our plugin’s form builder or did you paste
   a MailChimp.com generated form in our plugin? We suggest to build the form in
   our plugin!
 * Can you please include a link to the form.
