Shortcodes in content?

    Hello, this is a great plugin! I’m running into a problem where the WordPress shortcodes within a post are not processed. So, for instance, the returned oembed JSON will contain things such as:

    [caption id="" align="alignright" width="320"]<img alt="Caption text goes here" src="http://example.com/myImage.jpg" width="320" height="409" />Caption text goes here.[/caption]

    Is there a way to make sure shortcodes are pre-processed? It seems that parsing these on the client side after the JSON is received would be a lot of work, especially when WordPress itself has the facilities to process them.
