shortcodes in call to action widget don't work

    Hi,

    I wanted to add a contact form. Since I could find an already existing contact widget I took contact form 7.

    But it the contact form 7 shortcode doesn’t work it’s shown as normal text. Putting it into php-brackets doesn’t work either.

    What can I do?
