# Shortcodes & html embed

 * I’m trying to embed a contact form into a website but I’m having problems with
   the shortcode. Does anyone know if there is a way to embed a contact form using
   a straight html rather than shortcode?
 * I’ve tried:
 * <div class=”MyClass”>
    <p align=”center” class=”style1″> </p> <p align=”center”
   class=”style1″>**Contact**</p> ** [contact-form-7 id=”32″ title=”feedback”]**
   </div>
 * and
 * <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[contact-form-7 id=”32″ title=”feedback”]’); ?>
