Shortcodes – How do I use it in a page?

hi guys!
I feel so dumb, but I can only integrate this as a widget for the BLOG SIDEBAR… I’d love to have it in a page with a shortcode, but I can’t find any manual for the shortcode.Can you please let me know where I can get some inputs on that?
