Hi - I am using this shortcode in the page:

    [intelliwidget link_title="1" template="big-date" category="40" sortby="date" sortorder="ASC" items="7" length="35" link_text="More" imagealign="right"]

but the template for big-date seems to not show they way it does when I use the widget. Am I using the template name right?

    Thanks.

This is probably a CSS issue. The shortcode does not get wrapped in a widget container, so the default styles will not be applied.

I recommend using the custom css option by creating a folder in your theme named "intelliwidget" and copying the stylesheet there. Then add styles that apply to the shortcode version of the widget.

If you send me a link to your site I can give you some examples.
