    hi. since i update this plugin to last version, my shortcodes donesn’t work.
    i checked the states in admin panel and there are no data for my site!

    p s: i use this shortcodes:
    [wpp range=”weekly” stats_views=1 order_by=”views”]
    [wpp range=”monthly” stats_views=1 order_by=”views”]

    Hard to tell what’s going on with so little info, so:

    • Please share your site’s URL.
    • Which plugins are you using on your site?
    • What’s your PHP version (you can check this info with your hosting if you don’t know).

    for past month: [wpp range=”monthly” stats_views=1 order_by=”views”]

    site’s language isn’t English, google site translater can be useful.

    It seems something is preventing WPP from updating the views count of your posts and pages. Try this:

    1. Disable all of your plugins, except for WPP.
    2. Visit your website using a different browser, and click on one of your posts.
    3. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts. If the plugin was able to register your visit, then chances are one of your plugins is to blame here. If so:
    1. Enable one of your other plugins.
    2. Repeat steps 2 and 3. If WPP stops tracking your visits,
      then it’s probably the last plugin activated the one that’s causing the issue.
