Shortcodes do not work in links and form email fields.

    Hello,

    I used a shortcode on a page designed with Elementor plugin that shows the user’s IP address. Below the IP address, I created a button that sends the IP to a WhatsApp number. Previously, it worked properly. After your major updates recently (I do not know what exact update version) it does not work anymore.
    I tested the shortcode and the link mentioned above in a page created without Elementor and it worked properly.

    I used the same shortcodes in the Form Email Fields(Email subject) and it does not work after those updates.

    Now shortcodes do not work in these areas.

    Please let me know where does the issue stems from and how to solve it.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
