    1. When did this issue start happening? Was it after a WordPress, Divi, or plugin update?
    2. Which exact Divi theme version are you currently using?
    3. Have you opened a support topic for Divi Torque Lite on the WordPress plugin repository regarding this issue? If yes, please share the link so we can follow up and assist you directly there.
