    Hi Mike,

    It’s likely an error is being triggered, which should be visible if you enable DEBUG_LOG.

    Can you add the following to your wp-config.php file, reload the downloads screen and send back any errors found within wp-content/debug.log?

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
