    Hi guys,

Im having some issues with shortcodes not displaying on some pages; in example, i use Fluent Forms on product pages for “contact us” forms and they show on some product pages, but not on other, even though its done in the same way(copy and pasted the code). The weirdest example is when the forms show on one page for mobile, but not for desktop(both done with Flatsome theme, UX builder, just copied one block and set only for mobile while the other is only for desktop).

the same strange example i have with absolute footer, where it shows as it should on product pages but not on home page or shop page.

However if im logged in as admin, i see the footer just fine and it is where it should be, but when i try to view from the customer point of view the footer disappears on the home page.

The only changes i did were that i recently updated to PHP 7.4 from PHP 7.2 and installed WP Rocket and Imagify plugins. I tried reverting back to PHP 7.2 and disabling the plugins, but it did not fix the issue.

If anyone has any idea what could be causing this or how i could fix it i would be very grateful!

That smells a LOT like a caching issue. Are you able to clear your site cache and try again?

    Hi there,
thanks for the reply, sorry im replying late.

I managed to fix it, it was the cache issue. I emptied the cache and it started showing up right. 🙂
